What accounts are eligible for Debit Card Round Up?
Debit Card Round Up is an optional service that's available as part of your First Harvest Checking Account. Eligible checking accounts include our Growth Checking, Free Checking, and First Step Checking programs with an active Debit Card.
How does it work?
The Debit Card Round up will apply to your point of sale (POS) transactions, rounding your purchases to the nearest dollar. The difference will be placed in your designated Savings Account. You may not designate an IRA, Escrow, or Business account for the Debit Card Round Up transfers program.
What else do I need to know?
- Debit Card Round Up transfers only apply to Debit Card Point of Sale purchases, including online and mobile wallet purchases. Certain Debit Card transaction types may be excluded from the Debit Card Round Up Transfers.
 - If your Debit Card purchase is subsequently disputed, cancelled or reversed, the corresponding Debit Card Round Up transfer remains in the account you designated. You may transfer that sum back to your Checking Account if you wish.
 - Funds will be transferred only to an active First Harvest Credit Union Savings Account.
 - If you have a change in account ownership, including being removed from the account in which the Debit Card Round Up transfers are being deposited into, or need to change the transfer you’ve set up, you are responsible for contacting First Harvest Credit Union to implement the change.
 - If the Checking Account enrolled in Debit Card Round Up is closed or the Savings Account receiving the Debit Card Round Up transfers is closed, your Debit Card Round Up enrollment will be canceled.
 - You may terminate your participation in Debit Card Round Up at any time by contacting us.
