First Harvest Credit Union Introduces New Virtual Assistant
First Harvest Credit Union announces the launch of CAM, its new virtual banking assistant designed to help members manage their finances quickly, securely, and on their own schedule. CAM—short for Camden, honoring the credit union’s founding roots—brings First Harvest’s long‑standing commitment to innovation and member‑first service into the digital era.
Members can connect with CAM anytime by calling 800.582.7640. Once connected, CAM can guide members through a variety of banking tasks and inquiries.
What CAM Can Do
CAM provides instant answers to a wide range of credit union questions, including product information, current rates, and general account guidance. It also supports secure, account-specific requests 24/7, including:
- Checking account balances and reviewing transaction history
- Verifying loan balances and payment details
- Transferring funds and making loan payments
- Requesting cashier’s checks for withdrawal
During normal business hours, CAM can seamlessly connect members to First Harvest’s member-service teams, including its dedicated Spanish-speaking support staff, for personalized assistance with more complex account needs.
“At First Harvest, we continue to invest in innovative, accessible tools that help empower members to manage their finances wherever they are, whenever they need,” said Mike Dinneen, President and CEO of First Harvest Credit Union. “As we expand our credit union’s footprint across the state, CAM allows us to serve an even broader community, including members who may not live near a branch or cannot visit one. In a time when constant access to financial services is essential, we’re excited to offer a virtual assistant that truly supports our members on their own timeline. With CAM, our members now have access to real-time account support 24/7. With its ability to handle many self-service tasks, CAM also allows our staff members to invest more time in providing consultative solutions to our members.
