First Harvest Credit Union is Southern New Jersey’s First Credit Union to Join the African-American Credit Union Coalition (AACUC)

First Harvest Credit Union recently joined the African-American Credit Union Coalition’s Eastern Regional Chapter as the first credit union in Southern New Jersey to become a member. First Harvest’s membership in the AACUC supports the coalition’s ongoing efforts to promote economic development and uplift communities throughout Southern New Jersey. In addition, First Harvest’s Chief Administrative Officer, Fawn D. Martin, MBA, PMP, has been named the AACUC’s Eastern Regional Chapter New Jersey Ambassador.

The AACUC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the credit union movement by advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through professional development, mentorship, education, and advocacy, the AACUC creates pathways for greater minority representation and empowers leaders to help build a more equitable credit union industry.

Eastern Regional Chapter New Jersey Ambassador

Fawn D. Martin, MBA, PMP’s appointment as the AACUC’s Eastern Regional Chapter New Jersey Ambassador further demonstrates First Harvest’s commitment to inclusive, values-driven leadership. In this role, Martin will help advance the shared mission of First Harvest and the AACUC Eastern Regional Chapter by creating opportunities, fostering meaningful connections, and reinforce the cooperative spirit at the heart of the credit union movement.
