Operation Updates due to COVID-19

Dear Valued Member,

Due to the increase of COVID cases across the region, coupled by current staffing shortages that have affected many employers, we have had to reduce our branch hours and temporarily close some of our locations. Our website, online banking, bill pay and mobile banking are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, or you may visit one of our drive thru locations during drive thru hours. In addition, to better assist you, our member service contact center is open during regular hours, as many of our employees have successfully transitioned to a work-from-home environment. For a current list of operating hours for each of our lobbies, drive thru locations, and the contact center, please visit FirstHarvestCU.com/locations.

If you still need to meet a member service representative for a more complex transaction, you can easily schedule an appointment on our website. This will ensure your safety and the safety of our employees. Please note that if you do decide to visit us in person, we know it’s important for you to feel comfortable in our offices, so we have increased the frequency of our cleaning and sanitization efforts.

We appreciate your understanding that as our member, your experience with us may be a little different as we navigate through this together. We would like to express our gratitude to you and our employees in these difficult times as we come together to fight against the latest COVID-19 outbreak and its impact on all of us. Our hearts go out to all of those that have lost loved ones and been affected by COVID-19.
