At First Harvest Credit Union, we pride ourselves on adapting and improving to meet the needs of our members. We've heard your feedback regarding the inability to review Visa® credit card history in our online banking system.
Based on that feedback, we are happy to announce that can now review your credit card history. You also have access to a number of other convenient features, including:
- See recent transactions and search for specific transactions with real-time transaction history and transaction filtering
- View credit account balances, available credit, minimum due, due date, and payment history
- Export and print transactions
- Make same-day payments or future-dated payments with pay my credit card bill
- Set up automatic payments to pay the minimum payment due, the full statement balance, or another amount each month
- Enroll, view, and print electronic statements
- View statement summary
- Report a lost or stolen card
- Associate a new card to your profile
- Initiate a dispute
- Activate a new card
- Lock or unlock a card

Q: Which browsers can I use to access my credit card information through online banking?
A: The browsers below are currently supported. Additional browsers will be added in the future.

Q: What type of access do I now have to my credit card account through online banking?
A: Many popular card management features are available today, and more will become available in the future:
- See recent transactions and search for specific transactions with real-time transaction history and transaction filtering
- View credit account balances, available credit, minimum due, due date, and payment history
- Export and print transactions
- Make same-day payments or future-dated payments with pay my credit card bill
- Set up automatic payments to pay the minimum payment due, the full statement balance, or another amount each month

Q: How many days of transactions are available in the Transaction History?
A: Recent transactions are displayed by default and up to three previous statements' worth of transactions are available. If you search by Specific Date or Date Range, you can search up to 180 days' worth of transactions.
Q: Is the transaction history and balance information updated in real-time?
A: Yes. This includes the minimum amount due for credit cards, which reflects any payments made on the account before the due date.
Q: Is the current balance an option when paying your credit card bill?
A: Yes, you can now select “current balance” when making a payment, alongside the other options, such as minimum due, statement balance and other amount.
Q: Can I cancel same-day payments through the online banking system?
A: You can only cancel future-dated payments or automatic payments.
Q: If I mark my credit card as lost or stolen, will I have to add my new card to my profile or will this happen automatically?
A: The new card number will be automatically added to your profile, and the old card will be removed.
Q: Will I receive emails notifying me of action taken on my credit card account in the online banking system?
A: Yes, you will be notified of actions taken on your credit card account using the online banking system. These emails are sent to the email address you provide in your profile. If any action is taken that you do not recognize, you should contact First Harvest right away at 800-582-7640.
