- Set up Card Controls today to have the ability to lock your First Harvest debit card!
To report a lost or stolen Visa Groundwork Credit Card:
- Call: 866.614.0322
- Or, after logging in to portal.groundworkcard.com, you can file a lost or stolen report by choosing Lost / Stolen from the sidebar menu and following the instructions.
- To lock or unlock your credit card, log in to portal.groundworkcard.com. Then, choose your account from your accounts page, and choose ”Account services,” then select ”Lock & unlock your card” and follow the instructions.
